Your Hotel Room in Rocks Hotel

Arrival;
On arrival at Ercan Airport a courtesy service shall take you to your 5-star hotel (eg. Rocks Hotel). Your stay will be bed & breakfast.

Day One;
An Unity Ltd. representative will escort you from your hotel to one of the Unity Ltd. offices, where you have the opportunity to discuss the options which you may have already considered prior to your arrival, added to this we present you with the alternative options available on the Unity Ltd. property portfolio.

Day Two;
On deciding which properties best suit your requirements, you are taken on a guided tour of the chosen properties and surrounding areas. As an Unity Ltd. guest lunch is provided at one of the many finest eateries.

At the end of the tour you are returned to your hotel to freshen up and take part in Unity Ltd.’s extended hospitality.

Day Three;
A pick up service from your hotel will take place, and the tour will continue of the properties which you have opted to view as 2nd viewings or alternatively visit additional properties and sites.

After lunch you return to the Unity Ltd. offices to evaluate on the properties that were presented to you. On deciding which property wins your heart, we then proceed with the second stage of the home buying process, includes personal specifications and the introduction of the many lawyers which are available to you. Your chosen lawyer will brief you on all legal matters tied into buying a property in Northern Cyprus, all relevant contracts and legally binding documents will also be discussed at this stage.

Day Four;
A day to relax and absorb the beauty that Northern Cyprus has to offer. You have the continued support of Unity Ltd., in answering any questions that may have arisen, or you may simply wish for us to assist you on another visit to your new home in Cyprus before departure.
