Since the Serenity Apartments is designed as a holiday complex and for those who would have the comfort of living in an estate, there will be a site manager 24 hours on site, a club house, 3 large swimming pools with bars, picnic and barbeque areas, tennis court, children's playground, the mediterranean garden, landscaped surroundings and also mountain walking and riding paths, all to be provided and ready after the building process.

Completion Date
Construction of the project started on 15 July 2006.
First phase will be completed by 15 June 2008.
Second phase will be completed by 15 June 2009.
Third phase will be completed by 15 June 2010.
Approximate Work Schedule
1. 22nd June 2006 – land marking done (photos)
2. 29th June 2006 – land cleaned (photos)
3. 15th July 2006 – construction started (photos)
4. 15th Dec 2006 – completion of foundations of the show block. (photos)
5. 15th March 2007 – completion of concrete work of the show block. (photos)
6. 25th March 2007 – foundations of all the first phase blocks started. (photos)
7. 25th August 2007 – completion of electrical & water piping works together with the brickwork & plastering, of the show block. (photos)
8. 18th September 2007 – completion of floors, bathrooms and toilets of the show block.
9. 28th September 2007 – completion of doors, windows, kitchen cupboards and wardrobes of the show block.
10. 3rd December 2007 – completion of the fully decorated show flat.
11. 20th December 2007 – customers can start to choose among several extras, alternatives and packages to be offered. Or, may prefer to go on with the starndard flat configuration.
12. 10th January 2008– construction of the club-house and the pool starts.
13. 30th January 2008 – completion of brickwork and plastering work of all first phase blocks.
14. 5th February 2008 – completion of the infrastructure work for the whole site.
15. 20th February 2008 – landscaping starts.
16. 30th February 2008 – tennis-court and bbq area starts.
17. 25th April 2008 – completion of the club-house and the pool.
18. 15th March 2008 – completion of the all first-phase blocks.
19. 5th April 2008 – connection and testing of electricity & water & testing of the sewage system.
20. 25th May 2008 – completion of the tennis-court and the bbq area.
21. 4th June 2008 – cleaning.
22. 15th June 2008 – the keys for the 28 flats of the first-phase ready to be delivered.
23. 4th June 2008 – completion of the snagging lists, extras, etc. will be dealt with during the customer's stay in the flat.
Note: The above work-schedule applies for the first-phase. The first phase includes the completion of the first seven blocks (28 flats) together with the club house, pool, tennis-court, bbq area, mini golf area, the sewage system, water well and water tank, and roads and walking paths. The first phase will be completed by 15th June 2008 with electricty connected to the mains and water provided through the water storage tank of the site. The construction will be ceased from 15th June 2008 to 15th October 2008 to enable the first-phase flat owners to have their holiday in their new flats in Serenity. The construction of the second-phase which includes the next seven blocks, childrens' playground and the football field will start on 20th October 2008 and will be completed by 15th June 2009. Till 20th October 2009 we will have another rest in construction. During this second holiday period, landscaping work will take place on the site in the proper way that will not disturb the residents. During this time, Serenity owners are welcomed to contribute to the landscaping of the site and to the Mediterranean garden, together with the landscaping professionals. And finally, by the completion of the third-phase which includes the last nine blocks, the project will be fully completed by 15th June 2010.
