Serenity Second Phase
|
| The construction of the second phase which includes seven blocks, childrens' playground and the football field will start on 20th October 2008 and will be completed by 15th June 2009. Till 20th October 2009 we will have another rest in construction. During this second holiday period, landscaping work will take place on the site in the proper way that will not disturb the residents. During this time, Serenity owners are welcomed to contribute to the landscaping of the site and to the Mediterranean garden, together with the landscaping professionals. And finally, by the completion of the third phase which includes the last nine blocks, the project will be completed by 15th June 2010. |
