Reservation Fee:
Pay £1,000 to reserve your apartment for 1 MONTH.
Payment Plan:
1. £1000 non-refundable holding deposit prior to signing contract
2. 20% - Deposit within 14 days of the contract being signed
3. 20% - Payable on completion of the concrete structure
4. 20% - Payable on completion of blockwork & rendering
5. 20% - Payable on completion of the windows and floors
6. 15% - Payable on completion of the kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes

Completion Date
The project will be fully completed by December 2009 however phase 1 properties will start to be handed over from December 2008.
